See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil

When creepy meets beauty, we end up with skulls and flowers tattooed together with the See no evil, Speak no evil, Hear no evil skeletons. The fascination with skulls as tattoo theme has no end and no beginning. Skulls are as popular as ever as tattoos.

Thursday

Creepy Skull and Vampire Chick Tattoos

Creepy tattoos are always in demand. It seems that it is almost every other day someone has me doing a skull or gory tattoo. This skull tattoo is no exception, done on the forearm to complete the lower part of the sleeve.

Keeping on the skull tattoo theme, this one done on the ribcage adds a Vampire chick bursting out of a skull. Surrounded by smoke and flames this blood dripping Vampire takes on the afterlife.

Wednesday

"Stairway to Hell" Skull Tattoo

Looks like the stairway to hell. Darkside tattoos are really a lot of fun for me, letting me to do my thing. Hopefully you check out more on my blog and see the varied styles I work in.

Friday

The Art of the Cover up

So you got a tattoo and you don't like it? Well there is a second chance to make it right. This guitar was too comical for the owner and he wanted something creepy tattooed over it.
This is the finished cover up. The entire upper arm has been sleeved to work an effective cover up tattoo. I really like the way this one came out, it was a very big challenge to get something to cover up the old tattoo and still be something that the customer wanted and would look good.

This is inside the front of the arm.

The back view.

Monday

Bio mechanical Cover Up

Tattoo Cover upThe old tattoo ready to be covered up.
Bio-mechanical skullWe went with a bio mechancal piece to keep you from seeing what we covered up!

Sunday

Fire and Ice Skull

There is a cool side and a hot side to this skull, that I did on the forearm. It is not to often that I do color in skulls as they always look so good in black and grey, but the results were pretty good.
The best thing about tattooing is you never know what is coming next.So what is you next tattoo going to be?

Graveyard Tattoo is growing

Adding and reworking the skulls, making this tattoo more complete. The original Dark Angel and skulls were not as detailed or well done as they could have been. Check out the older post to see the difference.
I added shading and details to complet the image of the old graveyard. The old creepy tree seems to have digested the bones of the past.

So you can get tattooed by someone else or get tattooed at Rose City Tattoo.

Well this tattoo started out as a panther and that just didn't work with the theme he wanted. So here is the results of the cover up tattoo. King Tutt skull and hieroglyphics, along with the Sun god.

Friday

Cover Up Of Dragon with Skulls and Flames

Tribal Dragon that is to be covered up with some skull drudgery! So check out the results!
Hey where did the dragon go? The tattoo has now taken on a whole new life, after three and a half hours the dragon is gone and the new tattoo looks creepy cool. Next step will be highlights an smoke details.

Making a bad desicion when selecting a tattoo can be avoided with a little help. Finding a good tattoo artist that can do you work is very important. With the success of tattoo shows on TV the word is getting out about what is good work. Miami Ink has something pretty cool and at a very good price http://bit.ly/aKZdkN Go check them out!
