Tattoo cover up is revealed. Step by step how I covered up the past and created a new tattoo. Maybe you or someone you know has a reminder of their past that they would rather  erase, well if it is tattooed in your skin then the best answer is a tattoo cover up. No matter what the old tattoo is the final results should be something that you would want to have and that it covers up.

 What works and what does not work, as a tattoo cover, is important when considering reworking your tattoo. Not everything will work. Check out the results that your artist has gotten with other cover ups, those result should not be some big black blob. Freehand style Polynesian tattoo. Following the body lines help create this Polynesian inspired tattoo. Lately I have been getting many requests to design and tattoo these  designs. I find it interesting to see where the next tattoo takes me.

NFL Lockout? This fan is true to his team!

With uncertainty of a coming football season with the lockout, fans have to keep the faith. Football fans are very passionate about their teams as you may know if you have been a reader of this blog. This NY Giants logo was done without black ink, just red, white and blue.

Aztec Pyramid Tattoo

OK I post a lot of different tattoo that I do some are simple, some have taken month to complete, this one almost didn't happen at all.  The existing sun god  tattoo was inked a few years ago and the owner wanted to add the calendar ring and Aztec pyramid, this was the big problem. How to get the stencil of the art work aligned on the arm. Almost gave up after too many tries to set the art work in place.

The final result look good. This type of image would have been much easier if done all at the same time. So when your planning your tattoo, think the whole thing out as much as you can.  So if you're looking for quality work stop in at Rose City Tattoo.

Fresh Cherry Blossoms

A first tattoo, cherry blossoms gracing her side. This freehand tattoo was drawn to fit. Working with black and color out lines, my goal was to create a realistic reproduction of early spring cherry blossoms.

Angels and Demons

Lately I have been doing a lot of Angels as tattoos, this was a bit of a change up. Hopefully I will get a picture of the healed tattoo, the subtle grays with show once the redness is gone.
