Fire Dragon Tattoo

Dragon Tattoos. The fire dragon has a lot of power, starting from a little spark, it can grow to an awesome presence. Bright colors and bold lines make this dragon a very fierce dragon tattoo.
Rarely do I get to do a red dragon as most tend to be green or black and gray. Dragons are great subjects for tattoos, especially with their mystical history and deep roots in Asian folklore.

Monday

Dragon and The Koi Fish

Some fresh ink for the "Year of the Dragon" with the Dragon and Koi caught in an endless swirl of air and water. This was a fun tattoo to create and tattoo, from the original pictures to the finish product. Black and gray tattoos offer musch more detail to what is being tattooed.

Return of The Dragon

This one was a fun tattoo to do, I always enjoy Dragon tattoos. This one was done in a single sitting in the black and gray style. Tattooing a Japanese Dragon  attention to the details is very important, each scale, tooth and claw get a special touch. What is your next tattoo going to be? Stop in and check out the work.

Sunday

Japanese dragon

Japanese Dragon tattoo A works in progress. Japanese dragon swirling around a chrysanthemum.

Wolf and Dragon Tattoos

Tribal Wolf tattoo The wolf is howling! A very classic image of a wolf, done as a tribal tattoo, howling at the moon.
Dragon tattooBlue dragon tattoo is the start of an upper arm sleeve. Dragons are an often used theme for tattoos, this one takes on a more mystical appearance. It is a good idea to add smoke or flames that can be used to help tie the tattoo together when the background is done. This will allow for a deeper and more three dimensional finish to your tattoo and when all done it will look like you planned it that way.Yes real and accurate translations of what you want to say in your tattoo.

Tattoo Removal Erasing the past is never easy, but it is possible with the right design. Here I show off a tattoo cover up.
Tattoo Cover up
As you can see the new tattoo taking shape after a completed outline. The next step takes some creative coloring.
Dragon Tattoo
Ah! The finished cover up tattoo, as you can see I tranformed the original tattoo into a mystical dragon flying in the clouds. No more will there be those questions "Who is Ralph?" You really can have a second chancewith your tattoo!

Cool Blue Dragon, done on the forearm. Very fine lines and solid colors, marks of a great tattoo. One of my favorite subjects to tattoo are dragons. Fire dragons and water dragons work well together.

Tuesday

The Black Dragon

Black and grey dragon tattoo done on the ribcage and stomach. Dragons have been a long time favorite of mine as they take on many shapes and characteristic, like this Fire Dragon.
Dragon protecting the castle.

Thursday

Dragon and Reaper Tattoos

Japanese Dragon This dragon is now part of a collection on a U.S. Marine. I like working with and around a collection of tattoos, the stories that some people's skin tell are amazing. What does your skin say?
Grim Reaper Grim reaper with the moon full.
Reaper tattoo
Grim reaper with a whirlwind of souls to reap.

Wednesday

Dragon Cross and Roses

Dragon and rose tattoo Taking the rough ideas that people bring me is the first step to creating a cool tattoo. The original sketch was tall and skinny, which would have led to a tattoo that does not fill the arm like this one does. So bring in your ideas, no matter how well they are drawn, we can bring out what you are looking for.

Friday

The Tattoo Fix!

bad tattoo
Reworking a tattoo. This tattoo was done poorly and the outline disappeared, there was also a serious lack of shading and depth.
Tattoo fix up After re outlining the tattoo and adding some shading the tattoo is starting to come alive. It sure beats amputation!
Dragon tattoo Now adding some depth with color the tattoo looking is good. I added sea foam green and some deep blue to make the whole scene stand out. Can't wait to see it all healed.
Japanese dragon The final outcome of the tattoo fix. After outlining the existing tattoo I added some depth with color and shading. So finally the tattoo is reborn.
