Tribal Polynesian Style Tattoo

The Polynesian tattoo style has been gaining in popularity here in New Jersey. Lately I have been tattooing a lot of these free flowing tattoo designs. They are drawn for the body part and are meant to enhance the shape.

Friday

Tribal Lion and Tribal Tiger Tattoo

Just a couple of tribal animal designs I did recently. Even though these design are tribal, they still capture the essence of the animal. Nice clear lines and solid color will insure that these tattoos look good far into the future.

Monday

Tribal tattoos

There has been a trend lately with people getting large tribal tattoos. These bold designs were created on the fly or actually on the arm. It is always fun doing something new and original, not just copying from flash.

Saturday

Tribal Tattoo An expression of Power

Although this tribal tattoo has no actual tribe that it is from, I often look to the past for inspiration in my designs. Drawing this tattoo seemed easy as it flowed onto the arm. Design the tattoo directly on the skin is always interesting as you may not know where it is going to end up. Most of the tribal designs you have seen on my blog tend to be freehand tattoo designs, created in the moment.

The Bold Look of Tribal

Tribal Tattoo
A freehand tribal designed directly on the skin takes on a very bold look. Thick solid lines is a mark of cool tribal.

Tattoos as Body Armaments

Arm Sheild
A jeweled shield to cover the lower arm. This was designed by the tattoo artist that wears it. Cool looking tattoo.

Thursday

Tribal Face

What a big smile on this tribal tattoo! A solid image that will stand out for a life time. Screaming Face tattoo Screaming face, this was copied from a sketch done by the guy with the tattoo. Line for line it is reproduced as the the original artist wanted. Art reproduction is something that I often do in tattooing.
With the cooler weather it is now a great time to get tattoo. Stop in or give us a call 732-381-9009

Maori Tattoo

Maori Arm In the spirit of the Moari tattoo I created this piece around the Chinese symbol for Love.
Maori tattoo This is a custom piece I have been working on for some time. In a Maori Tattoo style I designed this knee tattoo to act as a shield to protect. There is a lot of time invested in tattoo like these, so be prepared to sit for a while. Drop me an email, I would love to hear from all you tattoo fans from around the globe.

Some cool Tribal Tattoo Designs

sugarskull tattoo
Tribal arm tattoo
Recently I have been doing a number of Tribal Tattoo Designs. Some tribal Tattoos have history and meaning behind them and if you are so inclined to get one, you should know the meaning behind your tattoo. Many of thew designs I use for tribal tattoos I come up with on my own but sometimes I take the time to research an authentic tribal tattoo motif. Using tribal designs to make something new and original can be rewarding and end up with a very unique design.
